TurboClad® is the most advanced solution to problems of erosion, abrasion, oxidation and sometimes hydrogen embrittlement of critical turbomachinery components.
This family of products mainly uses Nickel or Titanium-based coatings, making it possible either to rebuild weakened or damaged parts during maintenance, or to protect and improve the thermal, physico-chemical or mechanical component functionalities during production processes.
TurboClad addresses the resistance problems of many critical parts: blades, discs, shafts, diaphragms are among the most stressed components, whether in gas turbines or steam turbines, and for which specific alloys are continuously developed.
